1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "you," or "your") and Sage Lattice ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your enrollment in our financial education programs and use of our services.

By enrolling in any program, submitting an inquiry, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• "Program" refers to any financial education course, seminar, or workshop offered by Sage Lattice
• "Participant" means any individual enrolled in or attending a Program
• "Services" include all educational programs, materials, and related support provided by Sage Lattice
• "Content" means all educational materials, presentations, handouts, and resources provided during Programs

3. Eligibility and Enrollment

3.1 Age Requirement

Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction to enroll in our Programs. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Enrollment Process

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our discretion. Program spaces are limited and enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the enrollment process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

4. Educational Services Description

4.1 Nature of Programs

Sage Lattice provides educational programs focused on financial literacy and understanding. Our Programs cover topics including debt management, behavioral finance, and expatriate financial considerations in Thailand. Programs are delivered through group sessions and seminars as described in program-specific materials.

4.2 Educational Purpose Only

Our Programs provide general financial education and are NOT personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional consulting services. We do not provide:

• Individual financial planning or investment advice
• Tax preparation or legal counsel
• Debt consolidation, negotiation, or management services
• Accounting or bookkeeping services
• Product sales or financial product recommendations

Participants are encouraged to consult qualified financial advisors, tax professionals, or legal counsel for personalized guidance specific to their individual circumstances.

4.3 Program Schedule

Program schedules, session dates, and locations are communicated during enrollment. We reserve the right to modify schedules with reasonable notice to Participants. In case of schedule changes, Participants will be offered alternative session dates or a full refund.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Program Fees

Program fees are as stated on our website and enrollment materials. All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of all program sessions and provided materials. There are no hidden fees or additional charges unless explicitly stated.

5.2 Payment Terms

Full payment is required at time of enrollment to secure your place in the Program. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and payments at our office. Payment must be received before the first session.

5.3 Refund Policy

We offer the following refund terms:

• More than 7 days before first session: Full refund minus 500 THB administrative fee
• 3-7 days before first session: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before first session: No refund, but may transfer to future program within 6 months
• After first session begins: No refund
• Program cancellation by Sage Lattice: Full refund

6. Participant Responsibilities

As a Participant, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions or notify us in advance if unable to attend
• Treat instructors and other Participants with respect and courtesy
• Maintain confidentiality of other Participants' shared information during group discussions
• Engage in good faith with program content and exercises
• Not record (audio or video) sessions without prior written permission
• Use program materials solely for personal educational purposes
• Not share or distribute program materials without authorization

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

All Content provided in Programs, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and materials, is the intellectual property of Sage Lattice and is protected by Thai and international copyright laws. Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Content for personal educational purposes only.

7.2 Restrictions

Participants may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display program Content
• Create derivative works based on program materials
• Use Content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Educational Nature

Programs are provided "as is" for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no representations or warranties regarding specific outcomes, financial results, or applicability to individual circumstances.

8.2 No Financial Advice

Information provided in Programs does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Participants are solely responsible for their own financial decisions and should consult qualified professionals for personalized guidance.

8.3 Third-Party Information

Programs may reference third-party information, regulations, or practices. While we endeavor to present current and accurate information, we are not responsible for changes in laws, regulations, or third-party policies occurring after program delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law:

Sage Lattice, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to participation in Programs, including but not limited to financial losses, investment decisions, or business impacts based on program content.

Our total liability to any Participant shall not exceed the amount paid by that Participant for the specific Program giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data handling practices.

11. Termination

11.1 By Participant

Participants may withdraw from Programs subject to the refund policy outlined in Section 5.3.

11.2 By Sage Lattice

We reserve the right to remove any Participant from a Program without refund if they:

• Engage in disruptive behavior
• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Act in a manner harmful to other Participants or instructors
• Violate confidentiality obligations

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms or our Services, we encourage Participants to first contact us directly to seek an informal resolution. We commit to working in good faith to resolve concerns promptly and fairly.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes affecting enrolled Participants will be communicated via email. Continued participation in Programs after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under Thai law, that provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intention or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sage Lattice regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
